Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The Haven is a beautiful oceanfront beach vacation rental house located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina that offers 12,542 square feet, 7,500 of which is heated. Eight bedrooms, eight full and two one half baths are able to accommodate a large family at The Haven. This beach vacation rental house offers flatscreen TVs with Netflix, a movie theatre with 135" projector screen, a game room with air hockey, foosball, and pool tables, two washers and dryers, gourmet Viking kitchen, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, professionally decorated interior, surround sound, and WIFI. The pool can be heated for a fee.
The Haven has it all, including being only steps from the ocean. Spend time with family as you play catch on the shore or among the waves, build and decorate fantastic sandcastles, collect shells to decorate your home with, go fishing, or even have fun admiring the natural beauty of the shore. Wake up early and admire the sunrise as it peeks over the horizon before seeming to emerge from the Atlantic itself as its light seems to act like glitter dancing on the surface of the water.
The community of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is one of the best, with something fun to do around every corner. Voted one of the top 10 best public gardens in the U.S. by Trip Advisor, Brookgreen Gardens offers a daily selection of tours, excursions, and exhibits. You can take a guided garden tour or explore on your own. Walk the Lowcountry Trail and visit the native animals at the zoo. The Haven is a very nice property - great location on the beach . The home is spacious , beds comfortable and bathrooms clean . Plenty of tables and chairs in the family room & kitchen . The game and theater rooms were great , as were the pool and hot tub.
The family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and all our needs were met. I would definitely recommend this house and the view was everything. Lastly, loved the easy access to the beach ❤️
Wonderful place to stay
Our family has rented this home for 3 years in a row, we just love it! The home has a great location, gorgeous views and beautiful and tasteful decor and furnishings. The outdoor areas are amazing, the pool and hot tub are large and the deck furniture is Polywood which is both lovely and extremely durable . We hope to continue our annual family vacations here for years to come ,
