This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Sunny Place is a beautiful second row beach vacation rental house located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina that offers its guests seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, while being able to sleep 17 people. This quaint, but one of a kind rental house is the ideal vacation destination, as it includes nine flat-screen TVs, nine DVD players, a game room with foosball table, gas grill, outdoor pool, ocean view from the balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, central heating and air, and wireless Internet access.
The beach is only a short stroll from Sunny Place, and as such, makes it a great option for families who want to spend whole days enjoying the Atlantic. Go swimming or snorkeling as you admire the world beneath the waves. Lay back while you soak up the rays and get a tan, all the while letting the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on the shore and the melodious songs of the local bird populations help you to relax. Work together to build the best sandcastle ever, and be sure to decorate it with shells from the beach.
