This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This elegant home is just what you have been dreaming of for your next vacation getaway to the sandy shore. You will love the private walkway to the beach at this vacation rental home located in the Tilghman Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.
Evenings at Seaside Serenity are lovely with oceanfront decks on all levels of the home. Here you can relax at night while the stars glisten on the Atlantic Ocean waters and the large ships bellow in the distance. Weekly rentals have now opened for this oceanfront gem so be sure to call early to reserve your place in line. The plantation shutters throughout this remarkable house give the look and feel of a true southern home. Did we happen to mention this luxury home even has a widow’s walk where you can view the forever sea. Also included are seven TVs, a fireplace just for looks, a Jacuzzi bathtub, wireless Internet, central heating and air conditioning and even a washer and clothes dryer.
Spend your vacation days outside your fantastic beach house daily enjoying the miles of rich sandy beach. Here you can sculpt humongous sandcastles, race the waves on a Jet Ski, bicycle along the coast and maybe even take a SCUBA lesson. North Myrtle Beach is filled with water sports everywhere you roam.
Touring the charming city of North Myrtle Beach, SC you will encounter many tantalizing seafood restaurants. The menus are lengthy and full of delicious foods from the salty sea. Spend time at the theaters, water parks, golf courses and outlet malls daily to enjoy all that this enchanting city has to offer you. Pros: The house is beautiful and has a ton of room for larger groups. The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet. There were books, games, and sand toys that were at the house.
Awesome house ! Love the location of this house, the screened in back porch was very nice to have for morning cups of coffee and evening suppers. The layout of the house worked out perfectly for us, especially with three bedrooms on main floor. The master bedroom on the second floor is beautifully set up with the Spiral staircase up to the Widows walk. The views from the Widows walk are beautiful during the day or during the evening and the breeze never quits up there. Everything in this house works, A lot of the beach houses we have stayed in prior throughout the years always have issues with things not working, like TV remotes, icemakers, just minor things but things that make it so much easier when they work. We had no issues whatsoever.
