This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
When trying to decide between a hotel, condo or beach house why not jump to the idea of Lily Pad – a gorgeous eight bedroom spacious oceanfront beach vacation rental home with seven full baths which accommodates guests just perfectly. This house is incredibly beautiful! Oceanfront is always best giving you access to the Atlantic Ocean directly outside your door.
Imagine sitting out on the sandy beach at night breathing in the salty ocean air and counting the stars twinkling over the water. You may want to hop right on the idea of renting Lily Pad where shag dancing on the beach happens to be one of the most popular dances in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Lily Pad provides a sparkling swimming pool which is heated April-May and September-October for an extra a fee. The outdoor hot tub is the place to unwind daily after your surfing adventure. There is WIFI which is perfect if you tote along your Kindle and want to download a book or a restaurant menu. A washer and dryer are provided which are perfect for washing salty ocean clothing. Did we mention the beautiful oceanfront master bedroom and the oceanfront balcony view? The Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking!
Please take note that Lily Pad does provide a handicap bathroom. This vacation rental home is 4,500 square feet. Cooking is divine at this beach house where you will find two ovens, two dishwasher and gorgeous granite counters. Prepare quick easy meals for your guests and clean up the mess in a cinch. Lily Pad has you covered.
Venture into Myrtle Beach and spend a night at Medieval Times Dinner Theater. Be swept back into the time of dungeons and castles as knights fight out an epic battle before your eyes while you dine from the tastiest dinner menu ever. This place is fantastic. Later walk the sandy beach collecting shells as you make ocean memories on your way back home to Lily Pad. Life is really hopping at Lily Pad.

Great Place - The Lily Pad was everything we needed it to be. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We paid to have it heated (we did need to call to figure out how to heat it). Basically each bedroom could have its own bathroom (only 2 ensuites though). The view from the balcony is great! We would stay there again.
