This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC Landshark is a fabulous eight bedroom, seven and one half bath rental house that comfortably sleeps beach vacation guests. Beautifully appointed and inviting, Landshark has flatscreen CCTVs and DVD/Bluray combos, two oceanfront balconies, a game room, an outdoor pool, a Ms. Pacman arcade game, foosball table and card table. Central heat and air, granite counters, a gas grill, two large refrigerators, a master bedroom garden tub, an outdoor wet bar with an oceanfront view, a washer and dryer and WIFI (Gig speed with mesh network) are amenities that are available during your beach vacation getaway here in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The beach is just steps away from the Landshark beach vacation rental house. The Atlantic coast is the perfect destination to watch the sunrise out of its water bed as it reveals a colorful display across the Eastern horizon and throughout the South Carolina skyline. The beach is a great place to find a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Relax and refresh. Regroup and become revived. As you rest in the sunshine and enjoy the water activities that are available you are sure to see more as you seas each day and find peace and tranquility as well as a newfound sense of joy and happiness. Home is beautiful we had a great time with this stay,
Beautiful home, we surely enjoyed our stay here. Very accomodating for large families. Had a few small issues and Elliott Realty was to the rescue thank you so much for your prompt service and professionalism
Very Very Nice and a great location
Suggestion: For families renting with small children, it would be nice to have a gate at the top of the stairs on the back deck. It would be more enjoyable for the adults! We did have a great time and we would rent again just not with small children with us.
We have a large group with 5 families that include children ages 3yrs to 13 yrs. The amenities are great. The location is great being that it has a public beach access point right next to it that is easily accessible for the elderly (we had a few with us) and for pulling our beach wagons onto the beach. The thing that stood out the most was all the different everyday household items (to many to name) that it had that other properties we had stayed at did not, We stayed at other Elliott rentals and this by far is the BEST! Kudos to the owners for making my family feel so welcome. WE found our forever vacation home!
It was a very easy process, check in was a breeze! Communication with management was wonderful and done in a timely manner!
