This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC This is the Life is a beautifully appointed, well maintained and inviting beach vacation rental house that is bright and airy with eight bedrooms and seven and one half baths. This is the Life is able to comfortably accommodate beach vacation guests for a fun-filled getaway along the Eastern Seaboard. This oceanfront destination comes with many fine amenities that you would anticipate and expect of an oceanfront rental house. For your entertainment there are flatscreen CCTVs, Bluray players, a game room with a pool table and surround sound in the living room. Make a double take when you see that there are two stainless refrigerators and dishwashers as well as a stainless double oven. There is a galley sink work station for your convenience in this luxury rental as well. This is the Life has an oceanfront balcony view, an elevator, an outdoor pool and hot tub, an outside shower, two washers and dryers, central heat and air and WIFI access all available to you during your North Myrtle Beach, SC beach vacation.
Just moments from the Atlantic shore the beach is a fabulous place to hang out with your friends, play a game of sand volleyball, take a parasail ride over the ocean water or jump in the surf. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The house is done well, very clean and a great layout. The location of the pool and hot tub are great. The beach is perfect. We had a great time in the house as the weather wasn’t great for the first half of the week. There were 10 of us and there could have been 5 more. We will be back for sure.
The perfect house for our group of 8 men who gather each year for a friendly golf outing. The beach front property is beautiful, the bedrooms excellent for our needs, and the kitchen was well appointed for large dinners. We rotate between east coast beach areas for our trip and we'll now add this house to our rotation!

This was a wonderful vacation for my whole family. This house is absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped. We made memories to last a lifetime. Four generations enjoyed the week we spent there. My family and I had a wonderful time in this house last year. It's BEAUTIFUL inside and out. The location is perfect, right on the beach and I felt so happy to be there with my family. It was 25 of us and we didn't get in each others way because the house is huge. If you didn't want to see anyone you did n't have to, that tell you how big the house is. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. I was in a room with 3 other family members and it didn't feel like we were on top each other. It was so comfortable, my room had a balcony, NICE. I mean luxurious, spacious, top of the line finishing, perfectness. We are staying again this year and can't wait.
