This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Savannah is a beautiful six bedroom, six bath oceanfront beach vacation rental house located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This home away from home can comfortably sleep guests and offers a variety of amenities. It includes flatscreen TVs, DVD players, a private pool, a covered porch with furniture, tile flooring, outside shower, vaulted ceilings, washer and dryer, central heating and air, and WIFI access.

We enjoyed our stay! Our !issues were addressed & taken care of in a timely manner! We stay here every year & really appreciate the work that was done at the house. Wish it would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool! Thank you! Look forward to returning next year!!

We have stayed at Savannah for at least 10 years. The updates since last year when we stayed, such as the new porches, appliances, paint, cleanliness.., were wonderful. the updates are terrific and the house seemed much cleaner this year.
