This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Summer Breeze is a truly magnificent beach vacation rental house located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This beautiful oceanfront rental house has seven bedrooms, six and one half baths, so your large group can all stay together. Summer Breeze offers its guests flatscreen TVs, including a 50-inch flatscreen in the living room, beautiful balcony furniture, an oceanfront view from the balconies and master bedroom, parking for five cars, washer and dryer, grill, outside shower, central heating and air, and WIFI access. Another perk of staying in Summer Breeze is the private inground pool that can be heated for a fee.
The ocean is never more than a short stroll away while you are staying at Summer Breeze. My large family rented for a week in this big, beautiful home with a private pool and 1-minute walk to beach. The house was exactly as listed. We appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of Elliot Realty and had an amazing stay knowing they would take care of us at all times. The pool was clean and had a lot of floaties available. The deck and patio had plenty of seating and looked updated. The propane for the grill was full and ready to use. There were plenty of stores/restaurants a 5 minute drive away, and even more attractions about 10 minutes away. Lots of outlets for plugging in, bright rooms, amazing beach views, extra pillows and blankets in every closet. Laundry worked well and good water pressure. It was really great. We know Elliot Realty would have sent a cleaner when some surface cleanliness issues came up, but we were all too settled in by then to follow up. Despite this small hiccup, it was still a 5-star experience!
This place is amazing, we wish cleaning supplies and paper products were included in our stay.
